Data deletion and removal hub
Different information lives in different systems. These paths explain what can be reviewed or requested now, what is not currently collected through sealed services, and what may be retained for security, legal, or provider reasons.

For access, export, correction, deletion, or a privacy question about an open form or correspondence, contact the human project team. Include a form reference or relevant email address and enough context to locate the record. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, government identification, or other credentials.
Contact privacySocial Director data requests
The Maidens Social Director is an internal, restricted tool operated by The Maidens for managed Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. These instructions concern Social Director records related to public Meta interactions. They do not control Meta's own platform records or account settings.
How to make a request
Email legal@themaidensofficial.com with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request. Include a link or platform identifier that can locate the relevant public Facebook or Instagram interaction, a short description of what you want reviewed, such as access, correction, restriction, or deletion, and a safe reply address. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, government identification, or other credentials.
This email process is manual. This page is not an automated deletion endpoint or a Meta Data Deletion Request Callback.
What happens next
We record the request and try to locate records using the supplied deterministic links or platform identifiers. A display name or substring alone is not enough to authorize deletion. We may ask for clarification when the information is insufficient or ambiguous.
For an applicable verified request that is not limited by a valid legal obligation, an operator approves an exact deletion plan and runs the manual, auditable workflow. The workflow is designed to delete person-specific Social Director records and to remove all person-linked fields from a shared record. A shared record is retained only when verification shows it is no longer linkable to the person; otherwise the workflow deletes the shared record.
The workflow checks registered database records, screenshots, reports, exports, backups, snapshots, runtime artifacts, dedicated browser profiles, request correspondence, and required provider tasks. Dedicated Social Director browser profiles are reset and require Meta reauthentication for an applicable request. A request remains open while a required provider task is awaiting a verified readback. Completion is recorded only after the mandatory Social Director surfaces pass verification.
After completion, request selectors and match maps are removed. We may retain a random, person-unlinkable completion receipt containing only limited process dates, status, per-surface counts, version information, platform category, and any content-free exception category for up to 12 months.
Timing, retention, and limits
The process does not promise automatic, immediate, guaranteed, or complete deletion. A valid legal or Meta hold may preserve only its stated scope for up to 90 days per authority. An unresolved selector may be kept for up to 7 days, and privacy-request email and attachments may be kept for up to 30 days after closure. Required provider processing, an unresolved identity or record match, and records controlled independently by Meta may also limit or delay the available outcome.
A request does not itself remove, edit, or hide content on Meta. Changing or deleting public content on Meta may not automatically remove a related Social Director record. A managed-account administrator may use Meta's controls to revoke the tool's future access, but revocation does not by itself establish deletion of previously retained records.
