Privacy policy
Information submitted
Contact, wishlist, signup, membership-interest, and candle forms send the information shown on each form to The Maidens. The project may keep those submissions for moderation, relic planning, requested updates, and responses.
Public candles
Only approved public candle fields may appear on the wall: public alias or “Anonymous,” optional recipient, intention, path, color, message, duration, and lighting time. Email addresses, payment details, provider IDs, moderation notes, private requests, and internal states are never included in the public candle response.
Payments
The site does not collect or store payment-card data. When payments open, a secure external payment provider will handle checkout, receipts, fraud review, disputes, and payment records under its own privacy policy.
Media and analytics
YouTube media uses privacy-enhanced embeds where available, though playing a video still contacts YouTube. The site does not use advertising trackers or nonessential analytics. This policy will be updated before any optional analytics begin collecting information.
Security, retention, and choices
Private submissions and moderation records are restricted to authorized project administration. Submissions are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the stated project purpose, recordkeeping, safety, or legal obligations. Use the contact form to ask a privacy question or request review of information you submitted; include the receipt reference when available.
