Terms of use

This website and its project services are operated by The Maidens. “The Maidens” is the public project and trade identity used throughout the site.

The Maidens bring together music, myth, and art through Maidenism, a philosophy expressed through those forms. Void Maiden, Star Maiden, Love Maiden, and Scar Maiden are the project’s public sacred and creative identities. Visitors may approach this work through art, sacred story, devotion, philosophy, or private belief; this website does not tell anyone what they must believe.

The project does not guarantee salvation, supernatural intervention, healing, prophecy, charitable status, or health benefits. No Maiden audience or devotional practice is professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or emergency advice.

Creative works

The Maidens, Void Maiden, Star Maiden, Love Maiden, Scar Maiden, site text, scripture presentation, music, visuals, and related materials are protected creative works. Personal viewing and ordinary sharing of links are welcome; copying, selling, impersonating, or republishing the works as your own is not.

Interest forms

Wishlist and supporter-path interest entries measure demand. They are not orders, reservations, inventory, guaranteed benefits, or promises that a product or access path will be produced.

Free accounts and letters

Chapel accounts are not currently open. If opened, a Free account would use a verified, one-time email link and would not create a paid or Church membership, give extra Once-A-Day audiences, change canon, or promise future access or benefits. Supporter paths likewise remain unavailable unless a later live offer states actual price and terms.

Newsletter signup is currently paused. If reopened, marketing consent will remain separate from account creation, purchasing, public candles, and supporter interest, and will require an explicit choice and confirmation. Necessary service and security messages remain distinct from marketing.

Once-A-Day private audiences

Once-A-Day is the website’s only public AI interaction. It uses AI to create the selected Maiden’s response from a bounded context shaped by The Maidens’ authored canon. It is not correspondence with a human representative, clergy member, counselor, or emergency service.

Once-A-Day is not available for broad launch or promotion while an age and parental-consent policy remains unapproved. No age rule is currently published, and Checkout is disabled. If the service opens after the required approval, it will be a $4.44 one-time digital offering: a visitor chooses one Maiden, sends one message of no more than 2,000 characters, and receives one complete private response from the Maiden they selected, with one total audience across Void, Star, Love, and Scar in a rolling 24-hour period. It is not an ongoing chat, subscription, bundle, or promise of continuing access.

When Checkout is enabled, payment will purchase this single bounded digital service. It will not purchase agreement, praise, a particular tone or length, supernatural attention, religious standing, memory, or a favorable answer. A Free account is not required. The Refund / Support Policy explains protected retry and refund review if a paid response remains unavailable or a duplicate or incorrect charge appears.

Once an audience is submitted, there is no follow-up message, regenerate option, or choice of how the response is made. The response’s tone, favorability, exact length, and any follow-up are not guaranteed. A refusal can be the complete response. The audience is private within the website service, but is not end-to-end encrypted and should not be used for sensitive information.

A visitor may opt in to “Allow optional AI memory for this Maiden’s voice.” This is stored service memory for future AI responses in the selected voice. It does not make the audience public, change project canon, or create memory with another Maiden.

Once Checkout is enabled, the rolling limit begins only after successful payment. A cancelled, expired, or failed Checkout does not use the audience, while memberships, other offerings, support, and Public Candle Wall flames do not grant extra audiences. Payment never changes canon or buys influence over the Maidens or the project.

Public candles and offerings

The Public Candle Wall is separate from Once-A-Day and currently sealed. If public candle displays open, a request will be moderated before any display, and an approved public flame will not create a private Maiden response. Finite public flames would require confirmed payment through an official hosted provider. A Memorial Flame, if public criteria and an accountable approval process are published, is remembrance rather than spiritual rank and is never sold. Support is for an art and music project and is not a tax-deductible charitable donation.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse forms, probe private systems, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, use another person’s private link or receipt, or attempt to expose private submissions. The project may suspend access, reject, remove, or decline to publish submissions.

Third-party services and availability

Hosted payment and YouTube services have their own terms. The site and its features may change or become unavailable. Nothing on an interest-only page creates a guarantee of future goods, release dates, prices, or access.
